Andrea J. Miller, ACC, SHRM-SCP is the Managing Consultant / CEO at the LeadWell Company, a global coaching, and consultancy firm focused on organizational wellbeing and the future of work. She is also nationally recognized as an expert in patient experience, caregiving, and wellbeing and a specialist in behavioral health and the related use of digital health technology.

 

She’s worked with a wide range of companies, including Siemens Healthineers, the WHO, UNAIDS, the UN Refugee Agency, the CDC, and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, as well as numerous health tech startups. Her written work and thought leadership have been published by the UN, Entrepreneur.com, Siemens Healthineers, and Thrive Global, among others. 

 

She holds a Master’s in International and Intercultural Management from the School of International Training (SIT), completed post-graduate studies in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania, is an ICF Certified Coach, and is certified in Executive and Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching, and Functional Medicine Health Coaching (additional relevant certifications are listed below).
